Q: I am not able to retrieve my album.
What should happen is a browser window should open and load the My Album Maker home page. If that doesn't happen, try to copy the link rather than clicking on it and pasting the it into the address bar of your browser. Once the home page loads, the My Album Maker application should appear in a pop-up window. If that window does not appear, it's possible that you have some pop-up blocking software running. If that's the case, you can click on the link on the left side of the home page that reads: "Click here to retrieve your project". Please note that this link only appears when you come to the home page through a "save" link. If you still experience a problem, please let us know.

Q: I receive album but no pictures are showing.
Unfortunately we see this from time to time. Because My Album Maker is an internet based application it is, from time to time, susceptible to errors occurring in transmitting data over the internet. Please send us the link you're using to view the album sent to you and we'll try to help.
