Q How do I email more than 1 address?
Q I get an "Unexpected Error" or "problem with the server" when I try to send card?

Q: How do I email more than 1 address?
In the "Recipients" Email Address(es) field, you can add up to 20 email addresses by separating them with commas (i.e. joe@hisEmailAddress.com, sally@herEmailAddress.com, mike@hisEmailAddress.com, etc.)

Q: Is it possible to see a copy of the card that I sent?
The best way to do this is to include your email address in the list of recipients when you send the card. Or send yourself a test card first. Otherwise, there isn't a way for you to see cards that you've sent without sending them to yourself.

Q: Recipients complain of blank card - no artwork showing?
If someone you sent a card to is having problems opening the card, please ask them to use the help form to send us the link they received. We'll work the problem from our end.
